What do I need to do to qualify my pet for the Direct Release Program?

How long does it take to process my pet for direct release?

Processing times vary, if your pet is arriving in the pet holding area of the aircraft, airline personnel will deliver your pet to our office on the airport grounds, this is a short walk from the baggage area or a quick drive for you. Once we receive your pet we will offer water and a walk for all dogs to stretch their legs as we wait for their family to arrive. The processing of paperwork and examination of your pet is required, and this step is generally very quick.

What do I need to do once my plane lands?

If your pet is arriving with you in the passenger cabin, we will be waiting for you as you exit the aircraft at the end of the jet-way. Please have your photo ID, state permit and health certificate readily available for us and you will be on your way in no time. There are designated areas for your dog to relieve themselves within the airport.
